The OCS8487A is a 45cm combined compact steam oven in graphite black from ASKO's Craft range, combining full steam function with traditional heat. The Pure Steam™ System separates condensed water from steam and recirculates it for proper steaming, and the built-in temperature probe automatically switches off the oven once the set internal temperature is reached. Stage cooking, Sous Vide and Steam Clean round out a versatile, easy-to-clean oven for everyday and precision cooking.
