About SelectPro Appliances

SelectPro Appliances is a home appliance outlet based in Dandenong South, Victoria, Australia. We work directly with manufacturers to offer appliances across a range of stock conditions, including brand new superseded models and carton-damaged units. We may also stock factory seconds appliances, which may include ex-display units or appliances with minor cosmetic imperfections. All appliances are sold with a manufacturer warranty, the terms of which are stated in each individual product listing.

Our Stock

Our range may include appliances across up to three condition categories:

• Carton Damage: brand new, current-model appliances with damaged outer packaging only. The appliance itself is unused.
• Finished Goods: brand new superseded models supplied in new boxes.
• Factory Seconds: fully functional appliances that may have cosmetic imperfections. Items with cosmetic imperfections are marked with the manufacturer's condition sticker, to the best of their ability, to indicate the imperfections.

All stock is sourced directly from manufacturers and sold on an "as is" basis. Each product listing states the condition categories the item could be sold as: Carton Damage, Finished Goods, or Factory Seconds, and the price reflects that. The specific condition of your unit is confirmed on your Delivery Docket at the time of pickup or delivery. Pickup and Delivery

Free pickup is available by appointment from our Dandenong South warehouse, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. We offer flat-rate Melbourne metro delivery, with regional Victoria and interstate delivery quoted per order. We deliver within Australia only. To check your postcode see our Delivery Zone Checker.

Warranty

Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product type and are stated in each individual product listing. The manufacturer warranty covers repair or replacement of parts and labour for functional defects - it does not cover cosmetic damage.

Where professional installation is required, products must be installed by a licensed professional. Installation by an unqualified person may void the warranty.
