Overview:
The OCS8478G is a 45cm combined compact steam oven in black glass from ASKO's Elements range, unlocking the full potential of steam cooking with 160 automatic programs and a 4.3" full colour touch display. The Pure Steam™ System separates condensed water from steam and recirculates it for proper steaming, and the built-in temperature probe automatically switches off the oven once the set internal temperature is reached. Steam can be used alone for healthy cooking or combined with hot air for new flavour combinations.
